    Even though I love my mom's chicken salad recipe, I like to try new ones - love the idea of the whipping cream and mayo dressing in this one (and the cayenne for a bit of a kick)...yep, that would make a delicious dressing for chicken salad!!

    This technique reminds me of a technique I learned in baking class (cul school) where we folded fresh whipped cream inside a bavarian cream before filling our pate a choux ....I bet this is more airy than mayo-like

    I have a simular recipe, it's a hit around here, the only difference is I use Cool Whip instead of the heavy cream, I think I might like the heavy cream better!!
