How to make it

  • Sprinkle both sides of the steaks of your choice liberally with the dry ingredients.
  • Squeeze juice of a lime over each.
  • Let meat rest in the refrigerator for several hours.
  • Grill on medium high heat to desired doneness.

    Well going over old recipes and ran into this question which I missed before. You can finish the steaks in the oven if you want to. It works but you can do about the same thing on the grill. Check out the grilling thoughts I use on the Chicken Meow recipe on this site. Same technique works with steak.

    It's the "grill to desired doneness" that I have trouble with. Do you finish them in the oven?
