A refreshing dessert of fruit and ice cream

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbls. Peach Schnapps
- 2 tbls. Cinnamon Schnapps
- 4 peaches, pitted, peeled, and sliced
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Put butter, sugar, and cinnamon in skillet and cook until butter melts and sugar is dissolved
- Stir in both Schnapps and put peaches in skillet
- When they begin to soften and slightly caramelize, take off heat and add rum
- Return to heat and cook until rum is hot
- Carefully tilt pan and ignite rum
- When flames subside, spoon peaches out of sauce and put them over ice cream
- Generously spoon sauce over top
- Serve immediately
