Drunken Peaches Falling All Over Vanilla Ice Cream

A refreshing dessert of fruit and ice cream
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted shopping list
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed shopping list
- Pinch of cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tbls. peach schnapps shopping list
- 2 tbls. cinnamon Schnapps shopping list
- 4 peaches, pitted, peeled, and sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark rum shopping list
- vanilla ice cream shopping list
How to make it
- Put butter, sugar, and cinnamon in skillet and cook until butter melts and sugar is dissolved
- Stir in both Schnapps and put peaches in skillet
- When they begin to soften and slightly caramelize, take off heat and add rum
- Return to heat and cook until rum is hot
- Carefully tilt pan and ignite rum
- When flames subside, spoon peaches out of sauce and put them over ice cream
- Generously spoon sauce over top
- Serve immediately
