Rosies Pesto

- 1 1/2 Cups fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, Peeled, or up to 5 cloves. or to taste. shopping list
- 1/4 Cup pine nuts shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Freshly Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Freshly Squeezed lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Put Basil, garlic, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese in a blender or food processor.
- Turn the machine on and drizzle in the lemon juice.
- Continue to Puree until a smooth paste is formed.
- This makes about 3/4 cup pesto
- f you want the fat, just add all the olive oil you want! I make large batches when the Basil's ready and then freeze it in small amounts to use all year.
