- 20 slices of pepperoni shopping list
- 4 slices of best ripest tomato you can get your hands on shopping list
- mayonnaise shopping list
- iceberg lettuce shopping list
- four slices of whole wheat soft bread shopping list
How to make it
- Pan fry the pepperoni in skillet over medium heat, until the fat is rendered.
- Dump to cool on double thickness paper towels. Pat off extra fat.
- Make a standard blt, but use the crispy pepperoni instead of bacon. No pepper or salt needed, You get enough from the pepperoni.

That's too funny, notcho - my mother actually introduced me to "fried pepperoni" several years back...I thought she was NUTS, until I tasted it - it's amazing when fried...crispy like bacon, salty and sooooo good. I never thought to use it in a sand...more
