Don't forget the lemon juice, lemon juice is key in crab recipes (& shrimp) This comes from 39 of my 40 years in Maryland, & my parents owning a seafood carryout! :)

This sounds REALLY great, Mr Johnson, but I just wanted to know if the listing of "1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning" twice was a typo or not?

We usually do Crab Balls or Cakes every Sunday during the football season but lately we've been cheating using a short cut bag of seasonings and bread crumbs from the makers of Old Bay. Have you seen those yet down there on the shore?

Brought these to Ravens tailgate last Sunday - BIG hit! I took your advice and toned down the Old Bay just a bit because of the salt. Thanks for the recipe...GO RAVENS!
