Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat.
  • Reduce heat to medium low.
  • Add cream cheese, salt and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.
  • Toss shells with butter; fill with beef mixture.
  • Arrange shells in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan.
  • Pour taco sauce over each shell.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake in preheated 350 F oven 15 minutes.
  • Uncover; top with cheeses and chops.
  • Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly..
  • Top with sour cream and onions.

    Another great recipe that I am printing out for a nice dinner during the week. I could serve this with a salad and say dinner is served. . .Perfect!

    Great twist on the traditional taco - gotta try this one...girl, you are making me HUNGRY and I just got home from work after a lunch of peanuts and an orange...could you run me over a batch of these real quick???
