How to make it

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat; saute onions and green beans in 1/4 cup water until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in curry paste.
  • Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
  • Add cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Stir in juice, potatoes and garbanzo beans, cook 5 minutes.
  • Add spinach and cook until hot.
  • Remove from heat and stir in basil.
