  • I use this form to remind me of the good parts of every gathering, as well as the parts that bombed. That way, I might not repeat a dismal failure in the future.
  • Also, you hate to serve the same foods to the same people every time you entertain them, don't you? I do.
  • This list also helps because I don't hire a caterer, or party planner, and do it all myself.
  • Delete any subject line that doesn't work for you, and add any that I've not listed. For instance, you might want a line of potluck assignments, or what helpers have promised to do for the party, or deadlines before the big day. If it's a really big deal party, you might want to have information for the media.
  • It's also a great way to keep track of the costs of each and every party!
