Grilled salmon in tinfoil

How to make it
- lay out two pieces of tinfoil
- put fish in centre
- sprinkle green onions over top
- drizzle with vinegar
- drizzle with oiive oil
- sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- pick whatever fresh herbs you have on hand that work nicely with fish (I like basil, oregano, lemon grass) chop up a bit and sprinkle on the fish
- fold the tinfioil and make nicely sealed packages
- bbq over low heat on the top rack of your grill for about 8 minutes. don't overcook!

Something like mine! You've got my "5". I usually use Lemon juice instead of the vinegar but this kooks grea. THANKS!!!!!!

Salmon is oily and this recipe needs the acid like the balsamic vinegar or lemon.
