How to make it

  • lay out two pieces of tinfoil
  • put fish in centre
  • sprinkle green onions over top
  • drizzle with vinegar
  • drizzle with oiive oil
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  • pick whatever fresh herbs you have on hand that work nicely with fish (I like basil, oregano, lemon grass) chop up a bit and sprinkle on the fish
  • fold the tinfioil and make nicely sealed packages
  • bbq over low heat on the top rack of your grill for about 8 minutes. don't overcook!

    I do something similar also. I like your twist with the balsomic. Adds a hint of sweetness.. High 5 ........ Jim

    Salmon is oily and this recipe needs the acid like the balsamic vinegar or lemon.
