Grilled Salmon In Tinfoil Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • coarse salt
  • fresh pepper
  • fresh herbs

Directions
  1. lay out two pieces of tinfoil
  2. put fish in centre
  3. sprinkle green onions over top
  4. drizzle with vinegar
  5. drizzle with oiive oil
  6. sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  7. pick whatever fresh herbs you have on hand that work nicely with fish (I like basil, oregano, lemon grass) chop up a bit and sprinkle on the fish
  8. fold the tinfioil and make nicely sealed packages
  9. bbq over low heat on the top rack of your grill for about 8 minutes. don't overcook!

Something like mine! You've got my "5". I usually use Lemon juice instead of the vinegar but this kooks grea. THANKS!!!!!!

Salmon is oily and this recipe needs the acid like the balsamic vinegar or lemon.
