Chicago Hot Dog Recipe

Ingredients

4 natural casing hot dogs

prepared yellow mustaerd

1/2 cup sweet pickle relish

2 drops yellow food coloring ( this makes the relich look more neon colered!)

4 UNSLICED hot dog buns

1 egg white beaten

poppy seeds

diced onion

tomatoe slices halved

dill pickle spears

small pickled peppers ( sport pickles)

celery salt

Directions

tint relish with food coloring

slice tomatoes

dice onions

Preheat oven to 400

cokk until dogs sre warmied

brush unslices buns with egg whites and sprinkle with poppy seeds

prehaet grill to med- high, and grill dogs until heated through

right before the dogs are lightly charred, put buns on pan in ovenabout 5 minutes until lightly toasted.

slice through the top not the side( that way it will holds everything in better!)Place dog inside, and assemble as follows; dog ,mustard ,neon relish onion, tomatoe, peppers, and top with celery salt
