Ingredients
  • 2 cups 1lb cooked crumbled pork sausage
  • 1 ½ cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1-2 pkg. won ton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Drain and blot sausage dry and let cool
  3. Mix the first six ingredients
  4. Lightly grease a muffin tin
  5. Brush the won ton wrappers with oil and press one each into the muffin tins
  6. Fill about 2/3 full with sausage mixture
  7. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until bubbly

These look like an easy appetizer that is sure to please! I love using sausage, it works well with many ingredients! I make a version of this but use cream cheese and without the ranch. I put them on brown and serve rolls or a loaf of French bread, top with cheese and bake. I know these must be good too! Thanks.
