Easy to make lots of flavor and they freeze very well. After fixing them I will let them cool and freeze them on a cookie sheet then transfer them to plastic bags. Just reheat then on cookie sheets in the oven until hot. Read more They are a hit every time I take them somewhere. See less
Ingredients
- 2 cups 1lb cooked crumbled pork sausage shopping list
- 1 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 ½ cups grated monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1 cup ranch dressing shopping list
- 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives shopping list
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1-2 pkg. won ton wrappers shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Drain and blot sausage dry and let cool
- Mix the first six ingredients
- Lightly grease a muffin tin
- Brush the won ton wrappers with oil and press one each into the muffin tins
- Fill about 2/3 full with sausage mixture
- Bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until bubbly
