this is a white chocolate cake icing... it covers a double or trible layer 9-inch round cake..if you like heavier frosting between your layers you may want to double the recipe.. the recipe is from the Goose Berry cookbook series.

This sounds good Peeta. I am looking for a frosting that can be piled high on cupcakes. I want to be able to make them one day and serve them the next and the frosting still hold up well. Do you think this one will stand the test? Also I will be serving them outside and they would be setting out for a couple of hours. I would appreciate your input.
