White Chocolate Fondue From Ritzcarlton Buckhead Atlanta Recipe

Got this from my sister a few years ago when she was living in Buckhead. This iwas in the paper, I think. This is great with fresh fruit, pound cake, vanilla wafers, etc.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds premium white chocolate
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and put in a large bowl. In a saucepan, stir together heavy cream and honey.
- Bring to a boil.
- Pour over the white chocolate and stir until all the chocolate melts.
- Serve in a fondue pot to keep warm
