- Depth 2 inches{Cookin oil for frying shopping list
- 2 cups sifted flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 Tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 eggs {Beaten} shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- Confectioners sugsr shopping list
How to make it
- Pour oil into a 3 to 4 Quart Saucepan to the depth of 2 inches Sift together Flour Sugar Baking soda and salt Add Eggs And Milk Beat untill smooth let batter stand untill the oil heats .{Fill small funnel with 1/2 cup batter Let batter flow smoothly into oil when brown turn over with spatula Drain on paper towels sprinkle with powderd sugar or sprinkle with regular sugar
