Frank is a dear ole' friend, and former boss, whose wife made sure he'd follow his low-fat diet plan for the health of his heart. Apparently she was good at finding tasty foods that didn't seem like they were "low fat." I've used this off and on for years when we need a change from the ordinary.

This sounds great. I'm always looking for a different way to prepare the old tuber.
I'll bet other flavor combos can be conjured up and utilized in this low fat method.
The "Frank's" in your title made me think it's made with Frank's hot sauce. That opens a new window, too, eh?
Thanks much for the great post.
