Ingredients

1 LB. HOT SAUSAGE...THE HOTTER THE BETTER

1-2 LBS. POTATOES CUT IN LARGE CHUNKS

1 LARGE ONION DICED

2 CANS CREAM STYLE CORN

HOT BANANA PEPPERS

DURKEES RED HOT

Directions

COOK SAUSAGE UNTIL BROWN, DRAIN, KEEPING GREASE.

ADD ONIONS AND POTATOES TO GREASE AND FRY UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER.

ADD SAUSAGE AND CORN, COOK UNTIL THOROUGHLY HEATED.

ADD BANANA PEPPERS AND RED HOT TO TASTE AND COOK 15 MINUTES.
