Chicken Italiano

- 8 boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- seasoned breadcrumbs shopping list
- fresh mozzerella sliced in thin rounds shopping list
- fresh basil leaves shopping list
- ricotta cheese shopping list
- red tomato sauce (cooked) shopping list
How to make it
- Wash chicken halves
- coat chicken with seasoned bread crumbs and lay on a surface with skin side down
- place a basil leaf, a slice of mozzerella cheese and a spat of ricotta on top of each piece of chicken
- roll chicken as tight as possible and place in a baking dish
- bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 mins
- ****would be best to serve straight from oven because the cheese is melted just right****
- after plating chicken, pour red sauce on top
- ENJOY!!
