Chicken Italiano Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless chicken breast halves
  • seasoned breadcrumbs
  • fresh mozzerella sliced in thin rounds
  • fresh basil leaves
  • ricotta cheese
  • red tomato sauce (cooked)

Directions
  1. Wash chicken halves
  2. coat chicken with seasoned bread crumbs and lay on a surface with skin side down
  3. place a basil leaf, a slice of mozzerella cheese and a spat of ricotta on top of each piece of chicken
  4. roll chicken as tight as possible and place in a baking dish
  5. bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 mins
  6. ****would be best to serve straight from oven because the cheese is melted just right****
  7. after plating chicken, pour red sauce on top
  8. ENJOY!!

This sounds almost good enough to eat..(wink) I'm a little confused about the rolling part... Do you use boneless breasts?? Do you pound them out and put the basil and cheese on then roll them into a roll?
Are these dumb questions?.. ha .... I want to try this... Jim
