Pepperoni Pork Tenderloin

- 2 each pork tenderloin - about 3/4 pound each shopping list
- 1/2 pound bacon shopping list
- 1 package pepperoni slices shopping list
How to make it
- Wrap the tenderloins with bacon strips. Add pepperoni slices and pin on with toothpicks.
- Heat grill to medium hot or preheat the broiler (if you broil them put a cookie pan underneath to catch the drippings), place tenderloins on rack and cook to medium well. Let them rest for 5 minutes to fihish cooking out.
- Remove, slice into medallions, remove the toothpicks.
- Serve hot.
