This Southern recipe is good for company but honestly I always made it for my family. Who says kids can't have stuffed shrimp? You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate till needed.

No I'm sorry, I'm not into the whole camera thing YET!!! The shrimp are sliced open and do lay flat but the tails STAY ATTACHED (butterfly cut). I love this dish on New Years Day. YUMMY!
