How to make it

  • Cook fish tenders in oven per package directions (8 min., turn 8 more min)
  • Heat tortillas on grill, or otherwise
  • Assemble tortillas putting one tender in center, and adding the rest of the ingredients to taste.
  • Roll/fold and start enjoying!

    Yup...a bottle of Corona like Sunny said...or 2 or 3, with a little lime...Yesssssssss!!! That Sunny knows her stuff!!!

    This sounds delicious, also I love the photograph of the ingredients, I may have to do that on a couple of recipes, it's just so much easier to know what the item looks like as well as the name!! Thanks!!
