My Sherry Cherry Ahh More Pie

Delicious and not too heavy. Great for summertime!
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 pint whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sherry shopping list
- 1 can cherry pie filling shopping list
- 1 baked pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Cream sugar with cream cheese.
- Add sherry and mix well
- In another bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form
- Fold cream into sugar mixture and pour into pie crust.
- Spread cherries on top.
- Refrigerate
- Serves 6 - unless you want to keep it all to yourself!!
