How to make it

  • In a small mixing bowl, crush garlic and salt together.
  • Add pepper, lemon juice and oil, blending well.
  • May be used over any salad or veggies.

    I've used this recipe many times, or a variation of it, I think I got it from a lemon juice bottle. For some reason the salad tastes just a bit more fresh with the lemon juice than with vinegar!
