Lebanese Salad Dressing Recipe

A great salad dressing. Found this in my brother-in-law's Lebanese cookbook that his mother (who was from Lebanon) gave him years ago.

- 1 clove garlic
- 1tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, crush garlic and salt together.
- Add pepper, lemon juice and oil, blending well.
- May be used over any salad or veggies.

I've used this recipe many times, or a variation of it, I think I got it from a lemon juice bottle. For some reason the salad tastes just a bit more fresh with the lemon juice than with vinegar!
