    I have never attempted to make fritters at home, but your recipe has inspired me to do just that. I love bananas, so that's what I will try first - I'm sure many different fruits could work in these. They don't sound that difficult, just some time and patience (and then the willpower not to eat them all!)...thanks, laadeedaa~

    Mmmmm, we love fritters! I wonder how mango chunks would be? Love this recipe and I'm going to start off with banana and pineapple and then work my way to mangos ;) Take care and thanks for a great recipe.
