Ingredients
  • Frisee lettuce
  • 2 small roasted beets-cubed
  • 1/2 firm ripe pear-sliced
  • shredded green apple-soaked in OJ to keep from turning brown
  • blue cheese-crumbled
  • sherry vinegar
  • walnut oil

Directions
  1. Tear lettuce into fork size pieces
  2. Dress with oil and vinegar to taste-toss to coat
  3. Sprinkle with shredded apple and roasted beets
  4. Arrange pear slices
  5. Sprinkle w/ blue cheese to taste
  6. Add fresh cracked pepper to taste
  7. Couldn't be easier!
