How to make it

  • puree the chipotle's and add all remaining ingredients. Marinade the shrimp in this mixture for 20 minutes. Then grill. You can also pan fry them. The chipotle's in adobo sauce can be purchased in a mexican grocer.

    I used to be really wimpy about chili heat, and most would still say that I am...but I've expanded my heat-horizons a LOT over the years. This would probably be great for me if I cut way down on the amount of chipotle...but I do really love the smoky flavor of it!

    I really like shrimp.I moved out here from Arizona They have chipotle everywhere.But,Not in Utah This sounds yummy! thanks:)
