GINGER GARLIC PASTE

- 4 oz. garlic, chopped shopping list
- 4 oz. fresh ginger root, chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil , or as needed shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor, combine the garlic and ginger.
- Pulse to blend, adding small amounts of olive oil to facilitate the blending, until it makes a smooth paste.
- Refrigerate or freeze.
- Now you can use water.. but it will NOT keep as long..
- I have a mini processor.. and it works great for this..

This sounds great! Just so you know, in case you want to - you can store fresh ginger in the freezer. I just but a little knob, put it in a zip-top bag, pop it in the freezer, and peel and use however much I need.
