This is rich and super good,but it won't produce a lofty mantle that regular frostings do. This is from recipezaar.

You can't get away with only using a wire whisk in this recipe - you need a set of electric beaters or (preferably) a standing mixer with the paddle attachment. This is a rich and thick mixture especially once chilled that will tear regular whisks apart.
