How to make it

  • Add all ingredients to a small pot. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 mins.. Let mixture cool to room temperature. Use as a marinade for grilled lamb skewers,chilling meat with mixture for 1 hour before cooking. Makes about 2 cups of marinade or enough for 2 lbs. of meat.
