Peach-Habanero Salsa

- 3 large ripe peaches, peeled, shopping list
- pitted, skins removed, minced shopping list
- 1/2 habanero chile, seeded and shopping list
- finely minced, or to taste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely minced red onion shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Gently mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
