A simple quickbread that makes a fantastic jelly sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 2 c flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c milk
  • 2/3 c creamy peanut butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  3. Blend milk with peanut butter. Mix into flour.
  4. After blending well, pour into loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
