Think outside the box. I think this could be used for more than breakfast. Great for a crowd. HMMMM so tasty, so easy.

This is about the same as mine except I add cubed ham and a veg like corn or peas in it for the kids. We love this recipe. The cornflake topping is the clincher on this.

I have this recipe, my family loves it. I've changed the cream of chicken soup to cheddar soup and the cornflakes to potato chips, and deleted the other 1/4 cup of butter.

It's real close to the one I got from cdkitchen.com "Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Hash Brown Casserole". Yummy. Half the time I forget the onions & everyone still loves it.
