How to make it

  • Steam the cauliflower until just tender, 3 - 4 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl and keep warm.
  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together the dry milk powder, flour, salt, herbs and spices.
  • Place pan over medium heat, and slowly whisk in the skim milk until no lumps remain.
  • Cook, whisking, over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the cheese and cook until melted.
  • Whisk in the mustard.
  • Pour sauce over the cooked cauliflower in the serving dish and toss to combine well.
  • Serve immediately.
