I whip this one up for breakfast, brunch or lunch. It's crisp yet gooey and cheesy. It's got just enough kick with the pepperjack cheese and has a great rosemary and dill flavor! Great when cooking for one or two.

Ingredients
  • 2 Slices of bread ex: Hogie sliced into 1 inch thick slices are great
  • olive oil to brush on slices of bread
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed
  • 3-4 pieces deli sliced ham
  • 1/2 cup thin sliced red and yellow or green bell pepper (or combo of any of the three)
  • 1/2 cup of thin sliced red onion
  • 2 slices of pepper jack
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • Sprinkle of paprika

Directions
  1. Brush two slices of bread with olive oil
  2. Toast the bread in toaster till firm
  3. In the meantime saute bell pepper, onion and rosemary in about a tablespoon of olive oil for about 5 minutes
  4. Top both pieces of bread with the vegtables
  5. Sprinkle vegtables with the dill
  6. add your layer of the ham to both pieces
  7. add your next layer of pepperjack cheese then mozzarella
  8. Sprinkle with a smidge of paprika
  9. Finally, place your creation under the broiler just until the cheese is melted and Enjoy!
