Southern Pork Loin And Gravy

- pork loin And gravy shopping list
- pork loin sliced into 1/4” to 1/2” thick slices shopping list
- flour shopping list
- milk shopping list
- salt and black pepper shopping list
- Dip the slices of pork loin in flour coating until covered. Heat lard or oil in a cast iron skillet until shopping list
- hot. Place the pork slices in the skillet and brown both sides. When both sides are browned, shopping list
- cover the skillet and cook slowly until the pork is tender and juicy. Remove the meat from the shopping list
- skillet and place on a serving dish. Next, add two rounded spoons of flour to the drippings in shopping list
- the skillet and mix thoroughly. Add the milk and the salt and black pepper to taste. Cook shopping list
- slowly, stirring constantly until the gravy is smooth. You can then pour the gravy over the pork shopping list
- loin in the serving dish or into a bowl to be eaten with biscuits and mashed potatoes shopping list

How to make it

- Cook slowly, stirring constantly until the gravy is smooth. You can then pour the gravy over the pork loin in the serving dish or into a bowl (best) to be eaten with biscuits and mashed potatoes or rice!
