Watermelon Slices

- 1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip thawed shopping list
- 3 to 4 drops green food coloring shopping list
- 1 pint raspberry sherbert, thawed shopping list
- 1 square Baker's Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Line a 1 1/2 quart bowl with plastic wrap.
- Mix 1/2 of the whipped topping with food coloring in another large bowl until well blended.
- Spread on bottom and up sides of prepared bowl.
- Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over green layer and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
- Mix sherbert anf chopped chocolate in medium bowl.
- Spoon into center of whipped topping.
- Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Invert bowl onto serving plate; remove plastic wrap.
- Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes or until dessert can be cut easily.
- Cut into slices.
- Serve immediately.
