Watermelon Slices Recipe
This cool and refreshing dessert is great on on summer days. Kids will enjoy the look of watermelon slices!

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip thawed
  • 3 to 4 drops green food coloring
  • 1 pint raspberry sherbert, thawed
  • 1 square Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate, chopped

Directions
  1. Line a 1 1/2 quart bowl with plastic wrap.
  2. Mix 1/2 of the whipped topping with food coloring in another large bowl until well blended.
  3. Spread on bottom and up sides of prepared bowl.
  4. Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Spread remaining whipped topping over green layer and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Mix sherbert anf chopped chocolate in medium bowl.
  7. Spoon into center of whipped topping.
  8. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  9. Invert bowl onto serving plate; remove plastic wrap.
  10. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes or until dessert can be cut easily.
  11. Cut into slices.
  12. Serve immediately.
