Ingredients

4 TBS. salt

1 TBS. black pepper

1 TBS. dehydrated onion

1/2 TBS> dehydrated garlic

1/2 TBS. crushed red pepper

1/2 TBS. dried thyme

1/2 TBS. dried rosemary

1/2 TBS. dried fennel

Directions

Mix well together and store in an air tight shaker( Place a piece of seran wrap over shaker then put on the cap)

Rub or shake-(I shake, rubbing forms globs of seasoning) 1 Tbs onto 1# of meat. before grilling or broiling.
