Ingredients
- Cilantro Lime Gremolata
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1 small Garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Finely grated zest of Lime
- 1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt to taste.
Directions
- Mix together and sprinkle over Fish,Chicken,Beef, Pork, Pasta etc...
