Ingredients

Cilantro Lime Gremolata

1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Cilantro

1 small Garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon Finely grated zest of Lime

1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan Cheese

Salt to taste.

Directions

Mix together and sprinkle over Fish,Chicken,Beef, Pork, Pasta etc...
