    This recipe caught my eye and it's a perfect condiment for summer BBQ's. I have never tried Gremolata so this will be a first for me. Thanks for a great 5 fork recipe idea. You rock!

    Gremolata is one of my favorite "unusual condiments" This is a nice variation and would be lovely on any grilled food. Very nice post.
