Dragon Salt

Hot and spicy salt to use to season meats, salads, soups, seafood and much more.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coarse-grain sea salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup dried ginger shopping list
- 1/4 cup red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 cup dried dillweed shopping list
- 2 sticks lemon grass shopping list
- 2 tablespoons paprika shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried basil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients.
- Grind to a smooth texture. ( I use a coffee bean grinder )
- Store in an airtight container.
