Aunt Susies Pistachio Ambrosia Recipe

Ingredients

1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits and all juice (light syrup)

1 15 oz can fruit cocktail and all juice (light syrup)

1 11 oz can mandrin oranges drained

2 small boxes of Pistachio pudding

1 cup of sour cream

8 oz of cool whip (thawed)

** If doubling recipe double everything except 12 oz cool whip

** Handfull fine chopped pecans for garnish if desired

Directions

Drain fruit and reserve 1 1/2 cups of juice

place unprepared pudding mix in large bowl and add the 1 1/2 cups of reserved juice and mix well

add sour cream and cool whip, mix well

Fold in fruit and let chill

Add pecans for garnish if desired
