Bursting With Flavor Blueberry Coffeecake

- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 stick butter melted shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups fresh blueberries shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then spray angel food cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lightly dust pan with flour.
- In medium mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In large bowl beat together milk, butter, eggs and vanilla.
- Beat in flour mixture a little at a time then gently fold in berries and pour into prepared pan.
- To prepare topping combine flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon in small bowl until a crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over cake batter then bake 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before inverting and placing on wire rack to cool.
