How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then spray angel food cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Lightly dust pan with flour.
  • In medium mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • In large bowl beat together milk, butter, eggs and extract.
  • Beat in flour mixture a little at a time then gently fold in berries and pour into prepared pan.
  • To prepare topping combine flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon in small bowl until a crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping over cake batter then bake 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before inverting and placing on wire rack to cool.
