Something Fishy Recipe

Ingredients

OK! So I've got some fish (What can I do with it?)

Let's fry an onion first

A few quartered potatoes should go well with it

Haven't I got a half a bottle of wine somewhere?

A tomato or two can't hurt either.

Maybe I'll add a "THING" of tomato puree ?

How about two or three carrots?

Lemon juice from half a lemon always goes well with fish.

I'll also add a few cloves of Garlic

Maybe a sliced red pepper ?

WOW! This is getting interesting

Here comes the Tabasco. (A few more drops).

For spices, this time I'll try Bayleaves, cumin, and Black pepper

OK. So what else can go in?

Add a bit of this and some of that.

Directions

OK! So we'll fry up the Onion in some oil

Put the fish on top

Put all the other stuff around it

Throw in all the spices. (NOT LIKE THAT! Spread 'em out)

Pour in the wine. Save one glass for yourself.

Pour in the lemon juice and Tabasco

Add water until everything is almost covered

Cover pot and put on low heat or in low oven .

Scratch your head for about two and a half hours or watch TV
