Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large bowl combine flour, salt, apple juice, oil, eggs, honey and baking powder.
  • Mix on medium speed with hand mixer until smooth then fold in grated apple by hand.
  • In heavy skillet add oil and heat until sizzling.
  • Drop batter by spoonful into pan and cook until bubbles appear then flip.
  • Serve immediately with honey or maple syrup.

    All it needs is a side of Canadian bacon! Sounds delicious! Pass the syrup,and /or cinnamon butter.

    I don't know what would make these Canadian either except perhaps either the maple syrup or the fact that we call them pancakes up here as opposed to flapjacks! Whatever, they sound great!
