Ingredients

How to make it

  • Over an open flame such as a Stove Burner or BBQ Charre Bells whole till nice and Charred Cool Then dice.
  • Peal Onions and slice in to 1 in. thick Onion Ring Discs keeping rings together in tack. Charre like the Bells.Cool then dice.
  • Charre the Serrano Pepper. Cool then fine dice
  • In a large sauce pan add all ingredients except Cilantro
  • Cook on medium heat 30 minuts give or take stirring Occasionally
  • When Cutney is nice and thick remove from heat and stirr in the Cilantro...
