Marinated Feta Cheese

- 1 lb. feta cheese, cut into bite size cubes shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbls. green bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tbls. red bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tbls. fresh parsley, chopped (1 tsp. dried ) shopping list
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped (1 tsp. dried) shopping list
- 1 tsp. black peppercorns shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook time does not include marinade time
- Put all ingredients except cheese into mixing bowl
- Mix with whisk until well blended
- Put cheese cubes in plastic zip bag
- Pour marinade over cheese
- Refrigerate and occasionally mix and shake marinade
- Marinade for up to 2 days
- After removing cheese, I have added vinegar to marinade to make dressing for salad

Wow, this sounds good. I love feta cheese and add it to all kinds of salad all the time. Would you add this to salads or serve with olives as an appetizer? I think my half Greek niece would love this. Thanks for the post.
