Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook time does not include marinade time
  • Put all ingredients except cheese into mixing bowl
  • Mix with whisk until well blended
  • Put cheese cubes in plastic zip bag
  • Pour marinade over cheese
  • Refrigerate and occasionally mix and shake marinade
  • Marinade for up to 2 days
  • After removing cheese, I have added vinegar to marinade to make dressing for salad

    Wow, this sounds good. I love feta cheese and add it to all kinds of salad all the time. Would you add this to salads or serve with olives as an appetizer? I think my half Greek niece would love this. Thanks for the post.
