Baked Salmon With Tomato And Basil

- 4 salmon steaks (depending on size, mine were small) shopping list
- fresh basil (enough to cover salmon) shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- garlic salt shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place salmon in 8 inch pan with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic salt on top.
- Place basil, tomatoes, and onions on top of the salmon. Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle again with salt, pepper, and garlic, if desired.
- Bake around 25 minutes at 325 degrees or until done.
- *may subsitute canned tomatoes and sliced lemon instead of basil*
