An awesome and easy baked salmon recipe! I actually found it on cooks.com, titled "baked salmon for two," but that title wasn't descriptive enough for me

Ingredients
  • 4 Salmon Steaks (depending on size, mine were small)
  • Fresh basil (enough to cover salmon)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Garlic salt
  • Olive oil

Directions
  1. Place salmon in 8 inch pan with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic salt on top.
  2. Place basil, tomatoes, and onions on top of the salmon. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  3. Sprinkle again with salt, pepper, and garlic, if desired.
  4. Bake around 25 minutes at 325 degrees or until done.
  5. *may subsitute canned tomatoes and sliced lemon instead of basil*
