The word 'JangJorim' means things soy sauce is absorbed into by boiling. It is Korean side dish. It goes with steamed rice. You can add peeled hard boiled egg or quail egg

This sounds much better than my mother-in-law's version, which is a little salty for a Gringo like me. Comsomida.

Are you Korean? I am very interested to try this and see if it tastes like Mom's. Korean moms don't just hand out recipes. I asked her how to make this, she said "oh you just get some beef" "what kind of beef, Mom" "oh anything you want and boil it in some water with some soy sauce until it's done." "oh, okay, thanks Mom."
