- Easy Country salmon cakes Croquettes n lemon Sauce shopping list
- 1 - 7 1/2 ounce can salmon, drained and flaked shopping list
- 1/3 cup of saltine cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 egg, slightly beaten shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the butter, and blend well. Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Melt shopping list
- the butter in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown and heated throughout shopping list

- 1 c. lemon or orange juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch diluted in 1/4 c. cold water shopping list
- Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil in saucepan. Cook until sauce is clear. Serve hot over salmon croquettes. shopping list
How to make it
