Ingredients

1 package white cake mix without pudding in the mix

Ingredients needed for cake mix

1 package (4 servings) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix

3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

1 1/2 cups flaked coconut

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 (16 oz) can white frosting

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line muffin tin with 20 baking cups

Prepare cake mix according to box, mixing in pudding mix

Fold in Nuts

Spoon into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full

Bake 18-20 minutes

Cool cupcakes on wire rack

Spread coconut on baking sheet and toast at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.

Microwave chocolate chips until melted, usually takes about 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds

Mix melted white chocolate chips into frosting

Frost cupcakes and top with toasted coconut
