White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cupcakes

- 1 package white cake mix without pudding in the mix shopping list
- Ingredients needed for cake mix shopping list
- 1 package (4 servings) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut shopping list
- 1 cup white chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) can white frosting shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line muffin tin with 20 baking cups
- Prepare cake mix according to box, mixing in pudding mix
- Fold in Nuts
- Spoon into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full
- Bake 18-20 minutes
- Cool cupcakes on wire rack
- Spread coconut on baking sheet and toast at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.
- Microwave chocolate chips until melted, usually takes about 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds
- Mix melted white chocolate chips into frosting
- Frost cupcakes and top with toasted coconut
